Important Information about REFUNDS< EXCHANGEs and CANCELLATIONS

Ordering: 

Social Media is no longer a point of contact for orders.

Handcrafted Items: 

No refunds or exchanges. Your satisfaction is a priority to us. Please allow 2-4weeks for delivery of handmade to order jewelry items. Many of the smaller items ship within 2 weeks. For holiday items or birthday gifts, please email before purchasing or include a note in your order. Email Contact: You can email us at orders@coppervibrations.com and someone will respond within 72 hours.

Order Policies:

• All items are handmade to order.

• No refunds on handmade orders.

• No cancellations on any order.

• The only exception for a refund is, if your order is not completed and received within 90 days.

Delivery Times: 

Orders may take up to 90 days but are generally shipped within 3-4 weeks. Wait times are longer for Spiritual Tools, Wearable Art pieces, Showcase pieces and  Gold and Silver items as the materials need to be ordered and then made.
