Shipping policy

We are a high-volume, handmade-to-order business, and every order is carefully prepared by hand. Because of the volume of orders we receive, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Most orders will ship within this timeframe. However, larger or more complex orders may require additional processing time. Orders of more than 10 pieces, orders containing large art pieces, or orders involving precious metals such as gold or silver may take up to 90 days to complete. Some specialty materials and pieces may need to be sourced internationally, which can add to the processing time.

Tracking Information

You may receive your tracking information before your order has physically shipped. This is normal and expected and does not necessarily mean that your package is already in transit. Tracking information may be generated while your order is still being prepared.

For standard orders, if you have not seen any movement or an update to your tracking information after 2 weeks, you may contact us to check the status of your order.

For large orders, please allow 4 weeks before contacting us for an order status update.

When contacting us about an order, please include your order number in the subject line so that we can locate your order as quickly as possible.
